SDK Travel (“SDK Travel”, “we”) is the responsible party for personal information processed through this website, in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Our Information Officer can be reached at info@sdktravel.co.za.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you submit — name, email address, phone number.
• Travel details — destinations, dates, traveller numbers, budget and preferences.
• Booking information required by suppliers — passport details, dates of birth, dietary and medical requirements where relevant.
• Technical information — anonymised analytics about how the website is used.

3. Why we process it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
• To make and manage bookings with airlines, hotels, insurers and ground operators.
• To comply with legal, tax and immigration obligations.
• To send you specials and travel updates, where you have opted in.

4. Sharing your information

We share only what is necessary to fulfil your booking — with airlines, accommodation providers, ground handlers, insurers and, where required, visa authorities. Some of these parties are outside South Africa; by requesting an international booking you consent to that transfer.

5. Retention and security

We keep booking records for the period required by law and delete or anonymise personal information once it is no longer needed. Access is restricted to staff who need it.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to direct marketing at any time. Email info@sdktravel.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

7. Cookies and embedded content

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The contact page embeds a Google Map; when that map loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, governed by Google's privacy policy rather than ours. If analytics or a chat widget are added later, this section will be updated to name them.
